With over 40 years of experience working with non-profit organizations, Jeff has a commitment to the unique role that mission-driven non-profit organizations have in serving the community by providing specialized client services. He also understands the need for these organizations to function responsibly as trustees of public and private funding, and to operate effectively and efficiently.

Jeff has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Western New England University, and a Masters degree in Business Administration from Anna Maria College. He has held the positions of chief executive officer and vice president and chief financial officer, and has worked in the fields of community health, elder services, home health care, community activism and behavioral health care.
