Instilled and ensured cultural adaptation of key principles regarding the individuals we served, the colleagues who worked for the organization and the communities we served, the individuals and their families, the agencies that funded Pathlight, (largely DDS) and the donors.
• Built out good governance from the board through the executive team including good financial management and oversight practices.

• Built the global leader in pharmaceutical film. Recruited over 300 professionals in a fully integrated pharma company including R&D, product development, corporate development, manufacturing, regulatory and commercial functions
• Secured five licensed and proprietary product approvals from the FDA, another product pending decision by the FDA, and a pipeline of assets in development
• Led the development of a strategic intellectual property portfolio of over 200 patents globally. Named inventor on three patents
