Amy Thomson brings over 30 years of human resources leadership experience to her role as Vice President of Human Resources at The Brien Center. Prior to joining the organization, she served as Vice President of Human Resources for the Annie Selke Companies. Her career also includes key HR leadership positions at Berkshire Healthcare Systems’ Long Term Care Division, Legacy Banks, and Cranwell Resort, Spa and Golf Club.
 
Amy is known for her strategic focus and expertise in employee relations, compliance and benefits administration, and performance management. At The Brien Center, she leads the HR team in implementing innovative, effective initiatives aligned with the organization’s strategic goals.
 
Amy holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Lesley University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Boston College. A lifelong resident of Pittsfield, MA, she enjoys skiing, hiking, horseback riding, and spending time with her family and friends.
