Megan Eldridge Wroldson, LICSW, has worked in the social work field for over fifteen years. She earned a Bachelor of Social Work degree from Regis College in Weston, MA in 2002, and a Master of Social Work from Springfield College in Springfield, MA in 2006.  She has experience working with a number of client populations, including the elderly, persons with chronic illnesses and disabilities including HIV, cancer and blood disorders, persons with intellectual disabilities and persons with behavioral health disorders. 

Megan has most recently provided clinical supervision and program oversight in medical and community mental health settings, most recently as a Division Director at Brien.  In this role, she oversees adult outpatient behavioral health services, residential addiction treatment programs, and specialty services.  She establishes and implements practice guidelines throughout the Division, maintains quality improvement standards, participates in grant and proposal writing and implementation for state and private contracts. 

Megan is a member of the agency’s leadership team and strategic goal committee.  She maintains the division budget, leads staff recruitment efforts and represents the agency in the community, with referral sources, managed care organizations and accrediting bodies.

Megan has training in Acceptance Commitment Therapy, the NIATx process improvement model, domestic violence/sexual assault counseling, Critical Incident Stress Debriefing, and supervision of MSW interns.  She speaks and reads Kiswahili at a basic level.  Megan has been published in several peer-reviewed journals on various topics including unmet medical-legal needs and has presented in oncology social work topics at national conferences.
